Injury recovery and exercise in April

Exercise – walking
Another injury sustained last year was to my feet. I went from running 5km a day to barely being able to stand. This is still an issue – due to the same injury which caused the internal bleeding, I now experience orthostatic hypotension when I get up, making walking/running difficult, especially for extended periods.

The table below shows my intended number of steps each day over the next three weeks. These are based on what is typical for me when mobile.
