PARTICLE SURGE PRODUCTIONS ONLINE TEXT LICENSE AGREEMENT If you are reading this, it is more than likely because you have just encountered a 'PSP Licensed' work somewhere on the web and clicked the badge that identifies it as such. Good for you. Now, things that you find on the Internet can be used in different ways for many different purposes. Most of it is free for use for any purpose, as long as you don't claim ownership. Other items are offered on a conditional basis, such as under a 'Creative Commons' license. This is one of the latter, only Particle Surge Productions tends not to like other people defining our license terms. What you -can- do with a 'PSP Licensed' work is outlined below. You may not use it any other way, except where covered by 'Fair Use' provisions of Intellectual Property law in your country. If you wish to use a 'PSP Licensed' work in a way other than that discussed below, please contact the author of the work for permission (they cannot make these decisions, but they will forward your request to the relevant person). You may: - print an unlimited number of copies of the work for offline viewing by yourself and your friends, provided you do not sell the work for any amount of money (or in return for goods) and claim to be the owner/creator; - use any portion of the work for your own fanfiction, fanart, or original creations, on the basis that you credit the creator of the original work and inform PSP once your work is completed and available You may NEVER: - claim to be the owner/creator of a 'PSP Licensed' work; - make money off a 'PSP Licensed' work (you may, however, make money off fanfiction or fanart assuming PSP is credited and informed of the production of your original work Violation of the terms of this License Agreement will result in very angrily-worded lawyer-speak mail being sent your way, and you paying PSP very large sums of cash.
